La Plata 20 de Noviembre de 1989Visto la petición formulada por el Colegio de Bibliotecarios de la provincia de Buenos Aires en el sentido de que el día 13 de septiembre de cada año, en que se celebra el "Día del Bibliotecario", se otorgue asueto al personal técnico, docente y administrativo que se desempeña en bibliotecas y
CONSIDERANDO:Que la petición se funda en antecedentes de otras provincias y en los Decretos Nacionales de otras provincias y en los Decretos Nacionales 17659/54 y 3114/65;Que la Dirección General del Personal de la Provincia entiende viable el proyecto:
POR ELLO,EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1: Otórgase asueto el día 13 de septiembre de cada año, "DÍA DEL BIBLIOTECARIO", al personal técnico, docente y administrativo que se desempeñe en bibliotecas.
ARTÍCULO 2: El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro Secretario en el Departamento de Gobierno.
ARTÍCULO 3: Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dese al Boletín Oficial y archívese.
